Web pay lets you securely make an online water bill payment at any time with an electronic check (ACH)*, ATM/debit card and credit card†. All you need is your GWSD 7-digit account number without the decimal and your house number.
This method will not save your information for future payments.
* For EFT/ACH (e-check) payments there will be a $2.25 fee applied.
† A 3% service fee based on the dollar amount will apply to all credit card transactions.
Other Ways To Pay:
- Sign up for Auto pay (using a bank account), (No service fees).
- Consider using your financial institution's bill payment option. Typically, there are no direct fees associated with this method (please confirm with your bank).
- Pay using a traditional check (not recommended for security reasons). If paying by check, please consider dropping it off in person - 2310 Bitterroot Lane (in Genesee).

You can use this self-serve option to:
- Pay monthly water bills.
- Review water use.
- Manage your contact information.
- Sign up for autopay, paperless billing or text reminders and pay-by-text.
You will need your GWSD account number and house number to create your account.

Sign up for auto pay. Auto pay using your bank account is free to our customers. Auto pay set up with a credit card will be subject to a 3% service fee.
With auto pay:
- Have your payment automatically deducted using a credit or debit card (3% fee will be added), or from your checking, savings, or money market account (no service fees).
- Always make your payment on time.
- Choose to receive a monthly bill by mail or get an online bill with paperless billing.

- GWSD absorbs the fee for this option if choosing auto pay using your checking/savings/money market account.
Sign up for e-bill, a paperless billing option, through your GWSD account.
With e-bill:

Sign up for pay-by-text through your online account.
Once you’ve created your account, look for Pay By Text. Follow the prompts for setup.
With pay-by-text:
- Receive a bill reminder five days before your bill is due.
- Store your payment information for future use.
- Pay your bill with a quick text reply.
- Continue to receive your paper bill or e-bill.
